Saudi Advertising School and Publicis launch women’s empowerment initiative


The Saudi Ad School has announced a partnership with Publicis Groupe Middle East to launch “The Name Behind Her Talent,” a women’s empowerment program for the advertising industry.

Produced and run by the Saudi Advertising School, “Name Behind Her Talent” will focus on women living in Saudi Arabia who are currently working in the advertising industry or considering a career in the industry.

The initiative aims to provide opportunities for women through scholarships, educational courses, inspirational talks, practical workshops and industry salons.

“We are thrilled to partner with Publicis Groupe on this vital program. More than just an educational program, ‘The Name Behind Her Talent’ initiative aims to support women’s professional growth and contribute to a more inclusive and dynamic industry environment.”

“Women should be given the freedom to discover and demonstrate their talents, and our goal is to create an environment where women’s talent and leadership are recognized and celebrated,” said Enas Rashwan, CEO of Saudi Ad School.

The programme aims to focus on empowering women in the Saudi Arabian advertising industry.
