RAP Ferreira is cleared of domestic violence charges and has accused his ex-girlfriend of lying about the situation.
The indie star was accused by his ex-partner, Chloe Stingley, who claimed Ferreira “committed multiple acts of violence against me and all of my children.”
“Rory Ferreira assaulted my 7-year-old son and sexually assaulted me with a deadly weapon at his record store, Soulfolks Records,” she wrote on the fundraising page. “We lived in Nashville for several months but fled in November 2023 out of fear of physical harm and death.”
Ferreira strongly denies the allegations and the case has now been dismissed.
In a lengthy Instagram post, Ferreira said he was not charged with any crime and made a number of accusations against Singley.
“Two days ago there was a trial for a domestic violence protective order that Meka Stingley filed against me,” he began. “I filmed this yesterday. The entire case was dismissed. The court ordered Ms. Stingley to pay all of my attorney’s fees within 28 days or she will be arrested. She claimed to have 42 pieces of ‘physical evidence’ online, which was a lie. Her only witness, her mother, did not go to court to testify and Ms. Stingley was unable to hire an attorney despite crowdfunding for one.”

Ferreira detailed how the case ended and her anger towards those who posted her personal information online: “I have sole custody of my daughter and I have a restraining order against her mother. If you have put my daughter at risk and violated her privacy by posting her name and face at this scammer’s fundraiser, please remove it now.”
“If you are the journalist who posted it, you need to print a retraction and apology right now. If you are a musician who has used my life and some allegations, which have no evidence, to virtue signal to your audience, you disgust me. I am a real father who does everything I can to protect and provide for my children. It’s the only job I’ve had as an adult and I want to get back to it right now.”
He concluded: “My family and friends have supported me throughout this process and I am filled with gratitude for them. My heart is with the true victims and I pray for any sick mind that would lie about something as important as this. May they rest in peace.”
